The services offered include:

• Granting of consumer credit, in the form of amortizing loans only and revolving credit facilities, to customers in 72 countries, primarily in Europe.
• Marketing of optional insurance policies to its borrowing customers, in its capacity as an insurance intermediary, covering the risks of death, disability, and job loss.
• Receiving of repayable funds from the public in the form of term deposits.
• Receiving and transmitting orders on behalf of third parties, unsecured investments in debt securities, and investment advice.

Atlan Financial’s offers are accessible via the English version and all other languages ​​of its website.

• For consumer credit: to creditworthy adult individuals residing in 72 countries, in addition to all countries where the United Nations (UN) operates;
• For investment products: to “professional” investors as defined in Article D533-11 of the French Monetary and Financial Code and holding an account with a bank in the European Economic Area.
  
  

Deposits collected by Atlan Financial in the form of fixed-term deposit accounts and the securities it holds are covered by guarantee mechanisms managed by the Deposit Guarantee and Resolution Fund under the conditions and procedures defined by Article L. 312-4 et seq. of the French Monetary and Financial Code.

The client acknowledges that electronic media is equivalent to written documents under the provisions of the Civil Code and constitutes a reliable, faithful, and durable medium. Atlan Financial’s telematic, computer, or magnetic records constitute proof of transactions carried out by the client using remote services such as the internet, telephone, and mail. In the event of loss or theft of identification and authentication credentials, the client must immediately inform Atlan Financial by telephone or email, with confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (sent to Atlan Financial), within 48 hours of the initial notification by telephone or email. Atlan Financial will then deactivate these credentials as soon as possible. However, all transactions concluded using these credentials will remain the client’s responsibility until their deactivation by Atlan Financial.
